Hello! You showed up over at my blog http://colourific.blogspot.com/ a couple of months ago.Thank you. I've been meaning to check in and say that I think your work is rather exquisite! I love mosaics too. In fact, I have a beautiful post card in front of me from the Basilica di Santa Maria from a trip I took to Rome years back. Where are you located? EB

Those are very nice for decor. They are in the basilica floor now? For one of my walls, I would like a typical mosaic example of Orpheus with the animals. It seems like those Roman works incorporated the newly discovered wonder of Aegypt's animals. And for a different wall, maybe a geometric recreated part of the Curia Julia floor.
@ EricThey are in the Great Basilica.Part of the remains on the site are a Small and a Great (Large) basilica. From http://www.mlahanas.de/Greeks/Cities/HeracleaLyncestis.html
Your comments are more than welcome so feel free to add your own tessera to the mosaic here!Thank you.
