His name is Jazzberry Blue and he is a travelling artist currently based in Toronto.
I've stumbled upon his "mosaic maps" on Twitter a few minutes ago and I said "HOW CREATIVE". And you know what? He is self taught. You don't need a university degree and a Master to do this, do you? And above all, you don't need any sort of certificate or diploma to be mosaicologised. You just have to have MOSAIC in you.
